When we consider what characteristics determine coaching quality, a number of terms will naturally come to mind: communication, creating a vision, strategising, execution, reflection, adaptability, etc. One capacity that often fails to make this list is curiosity and yet a curious mind could be something that can help a coach reach higher levels of performance, creating new possibilities and opportunities.
