A one-day “Learn by Doing” workshop with Bill Knowles, focused on reconditioning, movement and performance integration. Designed for experienced practitioners, this highly applied session blends short concept-led discussions with extended practical coaching—developing your ability to observe, adapt and intervene in real time. 09:30–17:00, including lunch and refreshments, followed by an informal post-workshop networking session with Bill Knowles.

Registration opens at 09.30 on Friday, with the first keynote starting at 10.00. The programme runs until 17.00 with the UKSCA's AGM following on at 18.15, to which all are welcome to attend.
