Julie worked as the strength and conditioning coach at Queenswood School for over 10 years, building the programme from inception to a leading school scholarship programme with a greater number of national and international athletes applying for trials to join each year. Andy Bruce is the athletic development and physical well-being coach at Merchant Taylors’ School, Northwood and also works privately with athletes with eating disorders and obesity. He leads the UKSCA Special Interest Group for S&C in Schools and is the co-founder of Statera. Andy Woodward works as head of performance sport at Barnard Castle School across the school delivering both S&C and Sports Coaching in a number of sports, including rugby, netball and athletics. Andy Boyd is head of athletic development and learning at the Scottish Rugby Union and is the UKSCA’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director.
