The UKSCA learning pathways cover our five core subjects and provide progressive learning opportunities to guide your development. There is no one path that will suit everybody as experience and qualifications already attained, will vary.
Online kits and e-Learning are a great, low-cost place to start if you are unsure about committing to a workshop or accreditation. While many other education bodies are moving away from face-to-face live workshops, we believe that they remain a vital part of personal development, hence we continue to develop our existing workshops and new workshops are coming soon.
There are few other places you can access this personalised support from some of the UK's top S&C Coaches, and our post-workshop coach-development programmes are unrivalled.

The learnings kits are a great place to start - they provide information and materials that support coach development through our pathways.
The Foundations Learning kit and the Foundation of S&C workshop are typically the first step for many engaging with the UKSCA.
Although some members such as degree graduates may have high levels of knowledge on the theory of S&C, the Foundations of S&C workshop is focussed on the practical coaching skills needed to successfully apply this knowledge to athletes and clients.
As with all parts of the pathway, have a look, self-assess and decide if this will provide value to you and your development.
