This practical masterclass is run by David Parker ASCC, a UKSCA tutor and assessor. As an athlete David represented Great Britain and is a former World Junior Champion in the javelin throw.

Members will be able to:

  • Understand how exercises can be categorised and how progressions/regressions can be utilised for athletes of differing biological and training ages.
  • Understand how this type of conditioning should evolve over the training cycle and how volume, intensity, recovery and density can influence prescription.
  • Gain clarity on what good execution looks and feels like, understand limiting factors, how these exercises can be used in the training process and where this might be used in complex training with more traditional strength training exercises.

A unique opportunity to learn in a small group, alongside fellow members to give you and your athletes the edge.

Only £45 for an evening workshop - part of the UKSCA's professional development series, bringing the world's best to our members at highly discounted rates.
